Hangzhou Musen has more than 10 years’ experience in home textiles producing and exporting, specializing in waterproof home textile. We are focusing on the products from ready-made bedding products, soft furnishings and nursery.

We has generated a strong professional manufacturing capability that is enhanced by both market knowledge and innovative design. We have built a knitting factory and a products producing factory in the past 5 years to achieve an efficient supply chain management. We believe we could impress for many years by concentrating on the most stringent requirements of customers and high international quality standards. We believe we could fulfill all customer requirements under over 100 staff’s support and approximately 10,000 square meters workshop.

Digital Printing Equipment

The major printing machines we use for silk fabrics are Homer 1800, Atexco S series and Atexco D series, this printing machine can well present 600×1800 dpi image on silk fabrics, print 150-180 square meters per hour, with our special sizing agent, the penetration can be good, back side color can reach 70%-80% of the front side color, with environmental and harmless ink certificated by KYOCERA and INTERTEK. Double-Side printing machines are available now, allow to print same or different designs on two sides at same time.
Screen Printing Lines

There are more than 10 screen printing platforms, with 30 skillful printers, can print 5000 meters each day with more than 98% qualification rate and shorter production time. Screen printing can better present the subtle lines and vivid colors than digital print,can reach nearly 80-90% of front side color , one disadvantage is it can’t print complex design like gradient color or more than 20 different colors.
Skillful Workers

Nearly 20 skillful stitching workers good at making different silk apparel and accessories, able to develop new trendy styles and shapes, can finish any rush orders in very short time, 3 quality check workers able to find 95% of defective products, 4 ironing and packing workers well pack silk products in polybag or boxes.
